The Cockwood village hall - also known as Cofton Parish Hall - is located just off the A379 in Cockwood (Nr. Starcross)  - about 15 mins by car from Exeter, Devon.  The hall offers great facilities for functions and for regular activities.  Available for hire for private parties, receptions, meetings, recreational classes and courses, the hall is used regularly for the benefit of the community.

The hall is set in the idyllic location of Cockwood, a charming llitle waterfront community which boasts not one but two charming olde worlde pubs both serving excellent food.  Both of these pubs offer outside catering facilities to the hall, or also check out other catering options in the catering section.  You can of course provide your own catering, and many do, taking advantage of the excellent kitchen and cooking facilities which the hall has to offer.

Rates are
£10 per hr for casual users.  Includes heating, lighting and kitchen and catering facilities. We also offer a special Daily rate - please ask Helen.
£6 per hr for regular users, inclusive.

From 1 January 09, regular user rates will be increased to £6.50.  Subject to annual review.
