Cockwood village hall is located just off the waterfront at Cockwood harbour (known as Cockwood Sod). 

From Exeter, by road, take the A379 Exeter - Dawlish road, following signs to Exminster, Starcross and then Dawlish.  This road takes you past Powderham Castle.  Continue to Starcross; on entering Starcross you will have the railway and the estuary on your left.  Continue past the post office, garage and shop - then along a bit of straight road - and then leaving Starcross, the road curves in a wide bed to the right.  Just out of the bend, take the next left (leaving the A379 at this point) which takes you across a stone bridge signposted Cockwood.  Follow the bridge around, and turn right just before you get to the Anchor Inn.  The hall is located on the left along this road.

Bus and Rail

Cockwood is reached easily by bus from Exeter and Torquay.  Or by rail - the nearest station is at Starcross, which is ten minutes level and easy walk away from the hall.
